The buyer of the products of Maestro Stefano Cavese can unconditionally withdraw from the purchase contract under the following conditions:

– the right of withdrawal must be exercised within 15 working days of receipt of the goods by e-mail at the address info@vocalsteps.com.

Maestro Stefano Cavese will refund the buyer the amount paid for the purchase of the products.

With the communication of withdrawal the following data must be provided:

order number;
bank details on which to obtain the transfer of the refund or other means by which you want to be refunded
